UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and analyze user needs
  • Create user personas and journey maps
  • Develop information architecture and site maps
  • Create screens flow diagram
  • Design wireframes and prototypes
  • Craft intuitive and visually appealing UI high-fidelity designs for web application
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and interactions
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and provide rationale for design decisions
  • Clearly articulate design vision, goals, and objectives to various audiences, including non-designers
  • Collaborate closely with business/system analysts and developers
  • Facilitate workshops, maintain a design system and manage design guidelines
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design (Mid-Level to Senior-level experience)
  • Experience designing business application (CRM or e-commerce design is a plus)
  • Excellent design skills, familiarity with design tools such as the Figma
  • Deep understanding of fundamental design principles
  • Strong critical and system thinking skills
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Understanding or experience with frontend framework development
  • Good communicator and a team player
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects
  • Background in CRM or e-commerce design is a plus
