Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights that will be used to determine the effectiveness of learning courses.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, using statistical techniques, predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
- Track and analyze learning measurement and assessment trends, industry standards, and other benchmarking data to integrate and communicate their value in reporting.
- Deliver custom data visualization reports for different courses and curriculums.
- Train appropriate users on analytical tools to ensure widespread adoption of best.
- Enhance the level of analytics capability among LIC execution and leadership team, driving a results data-driven culture.
- Stay on top of technical (coding) and statistical/ Machine Learning/ AI tools and techniques to recommend the best approach which is commercially viable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or Math).
- At least 7 years of work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets.
- Microsoft Excel, Tableau or PowerBI is A MUST.
- Understand statistic and technic cleansing data for training model
- Understanding of machine-learning, searching algorithms, advance analytic and operations research
- Structured problem solver ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented team player with a strong sense of accountability and consistent follow-through.
- To be able to handle enterprise wide large datasets with flexibility in learning new platforms/ techniques and coding languages (e.g. SQL/ Python/ Spark/ other development platforms) for analysis/ solution delivery.
